1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to the bk22 platform and all its associated services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or taking part in any game or betting activity, you are voluntarily accepting these terms.

bk22 reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Using the site after any change will be treated as automatic acceptance of the updated terms. It is therefore members' responsibility to visit this page regularly.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English and governed by the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the English-language version shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at bk22 you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Registering with false or misleading information may result in the account being cancelled at any time, with a risk that deposited funds are forfeited.

• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Operating more than one account in your own name is strictly prohibited.
• Account credentials (username and password) must not be shared with anyone else.
• The mobile number and email provided at registration must be verified.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bk22 may at any time request a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document to verify a member's identity. If identity verification is not completed before a withdrawal is processed, payment may be delayed.

3 Age and Eligibility

All casino and betting services at bk22 are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening or using an account.

Providing false information about age at registration will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all deposited and won funds. bk22 reserves the right to use any method to verify age.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

bk22 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

Only the member's own mobile banking or bank account may be used to add funds. Third-party deposits are not accepted and such transactions may be flagged as suspicious.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Transaction Policy

All deposits and withdrawals are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Cryptocurrency or foreign-currency transactions are not supported. bk22 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious financial transaction and, if necessary, place a hold on it.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bk22 can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning bets totalling ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be completed.

Completing the wagering requirement is mandatory before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering amount has been met.

5.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts using the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Some games may not count towards meeting bonus wagering requirements — the list of eligible games is available in the members' area.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus will be removed from the account.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

All bets placed at bk22 are considered final once registered on the platform's server. If a technical error occurs or incorrect odds are displayed, bk22 reserves the right to cancel those bets. In such cases the stake will be returned to the member's account.

6.2 Casino Games

All games including live casino, slots, baccarat, and roulette are operated according to set rules. RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available within the game interface. Each round's outcome is independent and does not depend on previous results.

6.3 Sports Betting

When placing bets on cricket, football, and other sports, the markets and odds displayed apply at that moment. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bk22's own rules will apply to those bets — details are available in the members' area.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at bk22:

• Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets or playing games using automated bots or software.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Using an account for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Hacking the system, introducing viruses, or any form of cyber attack.
• Using another member's account credentials without their permission.
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and forfeited funds will not be returned.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by bk22

bk22 may temporarily suspend any account for rule violations, suspicious activity, or while a verification process is ongoing. During this period, deposits, withdrawals, and bet placement will not be possible.

8.2 Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their own account. Before closure, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw the balance in their account; however, any bonus balance for which wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited. 9 Limitation of Liability

bk22 is not liable for any loss suffered by a member due to technical errors, internet disconnection, or any unforeseen event. If the service is temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance or technical reasons, bk22 is not obliged to compensate for bets placed during that period.

Any financial loss from casino and betting activities is entirely the member's own responsibility. bk22 will never reimburse a member for lost bets. bk22's liability for software errors on the part of third-party game providers is also limited.

10 Privacy and Security

Members are fully responsible for keeping their own login credentials (username and password) secure. It is recommended to change your password regularly and to use a strong password. If unauthorised access to an account is detected, the support team must be notified immediately.

11 Service Changes

bk22 reserves the right to change, add, or remove its services, game list, odds, deposit methods, or other features at any time. Once such changes are published on the site, they take effect immediately.

For significant changes to the service, members may be notified via their registered email or mobile number. However, even if a notification is not received, the terms remain in effect, so it is the member's own responsibility to check this page regularly.
